Why Peacock?
"Peacock has a partnership with van Meijel Automatisering, the makers of Metacom. This is the ERP system that Verschoor uses. Verschoor felt the need to optimize its reports and so they linked us up as a preferred supplier for BI. From here the discussions started. Peacock provided the solution".
The solution
"At the financial level, they started with the Metacom BI Accelerator, supplemented with custom reports. After a few weeks, we conducted an evaluation that also revealed the need for additional reports. We picked this up in co-development with Peacock. For 10 weeks, Mina from Peacock and Evert-Jan from Verschoor worked together to develop the desired reports. Because we opted for co-development, we worked directly on knowledge transfer, so that future reports could also be created ourselves."

"Because we opted for the in-house training, the lines of communication were very short. Evert Jan knows his way around Verschoor and Mina knew how to find the right people within Peacock. This accelerated everything and now we can switch quickly when new needs arise."
