Challenges

After the implementation of Afas within our company, we still had insufficient insight into the projects at the weekly level. Because we monitor our projects at the weekly level, it cost us a lot of time to obtain the necessary insights. Peacock helped us to automatically obtain the data from Afas and process it directly into ready-to-use reports. We then took a critical look at our process and decided to have a robot instead of an employee do all the checking, processing and sending our work orders, this has saved us half an FTE and more importantly, the business office is happy that they no longer have to do this. Soon we will look at what else we can optimize with these technologies.

Efficient process automation

Peacock's RPA solutions helped automate the review, processing and dispatch of work orders, resulting in a savings of half an FTE.

Quick insight into project data

By integrating Business Intelligence with automated data analytics, the organization can now generate weekly reports quickly and easily, significantly easing its workload.

Rapid implementation with user-friendly solutions

Peacock's solutions are easy to use and do not require major process changes, so the implementation was successfully completed within time and budget.

"Peacock automated our work orders and integrated BI tooling, saving us a lot of time and resources."

Why Peacock?

"We like to work with parties that are quick to respond, roll up their sleeves and always deliver on agreements. This is something we saw reflected in Peacock and they lived up to it.
Throughout the project, they also kept us on our toes and advised us well."

The solution?

"The Robot and BI solutions provide us with insight and efficiency. This makes our work more enjoyable, we have a better grip on projects and that ensures better results. We also see that both the robot and reports provide a lot of feedback on our processes, allowing us to improve them. In addition, the solutions are simple to use. If we do have a question, we get a quick answer. In short; we are happy with it, we have earned back this investment in no time!"

What do employees think?

"The employees involved are also happy. The business office doesn't have to work through weekends and have visibility into projects. For the performers, we changed the process as little as possible; there had been enough changes recently. The robot uses the same input as in the old process. And the BI reports have the same layout as our own reports. This made for a very quick implementation. Partly because of this, the project was completed within time and budget."
