The hours were submitted by employees through to app. This is a fully automated process, but we ran into the problem that it was very difficult to check whether these were the actual hours. It took an enormous amount of time to check this and it was often omitted or done randomly based on the track and trace system. We wanted to have a better control on the written hours and we also wanted to check whether employees arrived at the construction site on time.
