Before we got in touch with Peacock, we had been exploring Robotic Process Automation options for some time. Various agreements were ongoing with different vendors. Peacock was able to respond well to our strategy of rolling out RPA on a small scale in order to optimally go through the learning process and to grow on the basis of (small) successes.
